On Line Booking Calendar

I offer you below the calendar of periods already booked; indicated in blue; this calendar is updated in real time; please contact me directly; if you are interested in a new reservation; your reservations are considered firm; but terminable or modifiable free of charge until the last moment; you only have to warn; in case of cancellation of your reservation; in order to release the period possibly for another interested seasonal tenant; thank you in advance for your understanding.

Find below the same information as in my documentation:

• Address: 46, avenue Michel d'Ornano - Résidence l'Étoile de Mer - 14910 Blonville-sur-Mer - 3rd floor - elevator - intercom.

• Neighborhood map: see the sketch below for arrival directions and nearby shops.

• Key set: square key for the door at the end of the entrance hall (or use the Vigik pass) + the largest key for the top lock of the entrance door + the round key for the new main lower lock (3-turn closure) + a small key for the mailbox (in the entrance hall).

• EDF circuit breaker: behind the studio's entrance door, just to the right upon entering. Please remember to turn off the power using this breaker at the end of your stay.

• Water shut-off valve: turn on the water upon arrival and shut it off at the end of your stay - located in the 3rd-floor hallway closet, labeled "Mousset" (see sketch below).

• Trash and private parking: In the basement - Elevator level -1 with direct exit to the beach at the end of the parking lot - I do not have a personal parking space planned for my studio; if you have a car, you must park in the adjacent streets.

• Television: a flat-screen LED TV with remote in the living room, featuring TNT channels.

• Bedding: a double bed + a convertible sofa bed with sheets in the closets + duvets and pillows in the sofa storage. You may also bring your own sheets.

• Cleaning: a vacuum cleaner and broom in the entrance closet + a basin, bucket, and mop in the bathroom; please make an effort to leave the studio thoroughly clean upon your departure; as a courtesy to the next tenant.

• Kitchen: a combination microwave-grill mini-oven + 2 ceramic hobs + a refrigerator + a Nespresso coffee machine.

• Utensils: in the second drawer of the pine chest.

• Heating: electric wall heater in the living room + a mini-convector in the bathroom for winter or mid-season.

• Supermarkets: Cocci-Market in Blonville + Carrefour Market in Tourgéville and Deauville + a hypermarket in Touques + a Monoprix in Trouville.

• Blonville Market: Tuesdays and Friday mornings under the market halls in Blonville (July-August only, Place du Marché).

• Nomad Bus: direction Deauville-Honfleur-Le Havre or Villers-Cabourg-Caen. Tickets available at tourist offices along the Normandy coast, including Blonville, or from the bus driver, or via the Atoumod-MTicket app.

- For easy bus schedule searches, the free Atoumod app (available on AppStore and Google Play) offers this useful feature, showing the next bus departure for a specific route.

- A PDF version of the Nomad 111 bus line schedule, serving all stations along the Côte Fleurie, is available here: (https://nomad.normandie.fr/lignes-de-cars/ligne-111. Printed versions are available at the Blonville Tourist Office, and schedules are also posted at bus stations.

• ATM: located on the right sidewalk, toward Deauville, next to the Blonville post office.

• Taxis: Central-Taxis in Deauville - Phone: 02 31 87 11 11.

• Private Wi-Fi: network "4G-MIFI-8822" - Password: 1234567890; activate by long-pressing the button on the bottom center of the device.

• Tourism:

- Toward Deauville: Trouville, Honfleur, Normandy and Tancarville Bridges, Le Havre, Étretat Cliffs, Le Touquet.

- Toward Villers: Cabourg, Ouistreham (ferry to England), D-Day Landing Beaches, Mont St Michel, Channel Islands, Caen (Abbaye aux Hommes and Abbaye aux Dames, D-Day Memorial).

• Laundries: Lavedeau laundry in Deauville; at 66, rue Victor Hugo; not far from Place Morny; or laundromats Wash Me (ex Revolution Laundry); at the Carrefour Market in Tourgéville; or in the center of Villers-sur-Mer; at 10, rue du Maréchal Leclerc; near a Carrefour City.

• Transportation by train: 2.30 hours from Paris via Gare St-Lazare - direct Normandy-Nomad trains from Paris to Deauville. Transfer to Blonville by taxi or Nomad Bus (bus and taxi stations near Deauville train station).

• Transportation by car: Normandy Autoroute from Porte d'Auteuil.

• Key handover and return: a few days before your departure; you can pick up the keys; either at my caretaker, Mrs. Dos Santos, at 3 villa Mozart - 75016 Paris; lodge on the ground floor; mobile number 06 49 83 67 74; or by notifying me directly of your arrival; for a delivery of the keys downstairs; towards the barrier at the entrance of the Mozart villa; if you live far enough in the suburbs or in the provinces; the keys can be sent by La Poste; for the return of the keys after your stay; the instructions are identical.
